serene escape in the city

amazing kindness warm atmosphere easy walk
The staff displayed amazing kindness. Polina and natalie. their attentiveness created a warm and inviting atmosphere. the hotel is close to many attractions. I found dining and shopping within easy walking distance. the proximity enhanced my city exploration. i walked everywhere. it was convenient and easy. shaft.
the pool was closed, disappointing as i specifically chose this hotel for its pool.

The front desk staff offered really good support, especially polina and natalie. Their service stood out. shaft provided an really good welcome and made sure my needs were met. i felt very well cared for .

the room featured a small fridge, kettle, and coffee machine, which supported my in-room refreshment needs. the bed allowed sound sleep. i also found the room was clean. the spacious rooms were comfortable, providing ample space.

decent experience Overall

friendly staff queen bed recycling bin closed pool broken machine tiny mouse
I found the staff friendly. The room had two queen beds, and it had a beautiful bathroom. The room also featured a fridge and a hairdryer. I loved the recycling bin PROVIDED.
The pool was out of order when I checked in. I was not informed about it beforehand. The ice machines in the hotel did not work though the front desk kindly brought us a bag of ice and some glasses. I also saw a tiny little mouse scurrying around on the second floor.
